PausiblePausible collects no data.
Pausible runs entirely on your device. It uses Apple's Screen Time framework (FamilyControls, ManagedSettings and DeviceActivity) to block the apps you choose and to notice when you open one. Apple designed that framework so that apps like Pausible never learn which apps you use; the identities of your chosen apps are opaque to us, and usage figures are only ever shown to you, on your phone.
Pausible has no server, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. Nothing you type — your intentions, your reflections, your saved articles — leaves the device. Purchases are handled by Apple; we receive no personal information from them.
Deleting Pausible removes everything it stored and every block it set.
This website
pausible.app is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third parties. It is served by Cloudflare, whose own policy covers the ordinary server logs any web host keeps.
